济南市规模以上工业企业技术创新能力分析

摘　　要：为强化企业技术创新主体地位,本文针对济南市规模以上工业企业技术创新能力进行分析研究。分析济南市规模以上工业企业在区域创新系统中的主导作用现状,基于企业学习再造-结构再造-价值再造的系统分析框架,构建济南市企业技术创新能力评价指标体系和企业技术创新能力指数,搜集济南市近几年的相关数据,对济南市规模以上工业企业技术创新能力进行评价分析。最后针对分析结果,提出对策建议,以进一步提升企业创新主体地位,加快实现创新驱动。In order to strengthen the main position of enterprise technology innovation,this paper analyzes and studies the technological innovation ability of industrial enterprises above designated scale in Ji'nan.This paper analyzes the current situation of the leading role of industrial enterprises above designated scale in the regional innovation system in Ji'nan City.Based on the system analysis framework of enterprise learning reengineering-structure reengineering-value reengineering,the paper establishes enterprise technology innovation ability evaluation index system and enterprise technology innovation ability index of Ji'nan City.The technological innovation ability of industrial enterprises above designated scale in Ji'nan is evaluated and analyzed.Finally,based on the analysis results,suggestions are put forward to further enhance the status of enterprise innovation and accelerate the realization of innovation drive.
