摘　　要：会展就业问题研究相对稀缺,所涉及的会展就业现状、会展职业能力素养和会展岗位满意度调查,是国家、地方落实会展业发展大政方针政策、制定具体实施办法和任务举措、全面提升从业人员整体水平的基础性工作。本文重点关注杭州市会展专业毕业生的就业现状以及他们对职业素养的认识,为妥善解决会展就业困难与会展人才紧缺这一矛盾难题提出对策建议。The research on exhibition employment is relatively scarce.The current situation of exhibition employment,exhibition professional competence and exhibition job satisfaction survey are the basic work of national and local implementation of the exhibition industry development policy,the formulation of specific implementation measures and mission initiatives,and comprehensive improvement of employment.This paper focuses on the employment status of exhibition graduates of Hangzhou and their understanding of professionalism,and proposes countermeasures to properly solve the contradiction between the difficulty of exhibition employment and the shortage of exhibition talents.
