摘　　要：针对用人单位人才需求及课程特征,将OBE教学理念引入高职《电路分析》课程,分析基于OBE教学理念的课程培养目标,通过课堂“三段七步式”教学模式的实践摸索,达到学生掌握电路分析基本技能的目的,从而快速进入后续课程的学习,以便为学生毕业后迅速进入岗位角色提供保证。Based on the employers’demand for talented person and the feature of the course,the concept of OBE is introduced into the course Circuit Analysis,the teaching objectives of the course based on OBE is analyzed,through the practice of Three Steps and Seven Parts teaching model,the aim of grasping the basic skill of circuit analysis comes true,so as to carry on the study of the following courses quickly,and the guarantee to make the students work as the role the post offers.
