摘　　要：目的分析内眦赘皮采用改良Z形内眦开大术联合重睑成形术的矫正效果。方法选取医院2015年5月至2018年5月收治的内眦赘皮患者120例,依据随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组60例。对照组采用内眦赘皮矫正术联合重睑成形术治疗,观察组采用改良Z形内眦开大术联合重睑成形术治疗,比较两组患者的VAS评分、瘢痕消失时间、美学效果、患者满意度及复发率。结果观察组患者术后VAS评分低于对照组,瘢痕消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组美学总有效率显著高于对照组,患者满意度显著高于对照组,复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良Z形内眦开大术联合重睑成形术治疗内眦赘皮可取得良好的矫正效果,患者满意度较高,且复发率较低,效果显著,值得推广。Objective To analyze the correction effect of the modified Z-shaped enlarged inner canthus combined with double eyelid plasty in epicanthus.Methods A total of120cases of patients with epicanthus admitted in the hospital from May2015to May2018were selected.According to the random number table method,patients were divided into observation group and control group,with60cases in each group.The control group was treated with epicanthus correction internal humeral correction surgery combined with double eyelid plasty.The observation group was treated with modified Z-shaped enlarged inner canthus combined with double eyelid plasty.The VAS scores,disappearance time of scar,aesthetic effects,patient satisfaction and recurrence rates were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the disappearance time of scar was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of aesthetics in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the patient satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group,the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Z-shaped enlarged inner canthus combined with double eyelid plasty in epicanthus can achieve good correction effect,with higher patient satisfaction and lower recurrence rate,the effect is significant,it is worthy of promotion.
