摘　　要：目的探讨玻璃酸钠联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子点眼在干眼症治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2015年7月至2017年7月我院158例干眼症患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组79例。对照组采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液点眼,研究组在对照组的基础上联合应用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液点眼。比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前、后临床症状评分、角结膜荧光染色(CFS)评分、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、表面非对称指数(SAI)、角膜平均表面规则系数(SRI)变化。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者的BUT明显长于治疗前和对照组,症状评分、CFS评分、SAI及SRI明显低于治疗前和对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玻璃酸钠联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子点眼可有效延长BUT,修复角膜表面及对称性,疗效显著,值得在干眼症治疗中进行推广使用。Objective To explore the application effect of sodium hyaluronate combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye-dropping in the treatment of xerophthalmia.Methods A total of158xerophthalmia patients in our hospital from July2015to July2017were selected as the research subjects and divided into control group and study group according to different treatment methods,with79cases in each group.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops,and the study group was treated with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye drops on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms scores,corneal conjunctival fluorescence staining(CFS)scores,breakup time of tear film(BUT),surface asymmetry index(SAI)and corneal mean surface regularity index(SRI)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the BUT in the study group was significantly longer than that before treatment and in the control group,the clinical symptom score,CFS score,SAI and SRI in the study group were significantly lower than those before treatment and in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye-dropping can effectively prolong tear film rupture time,repair corneal surface and symmetry,and has remarkable curative effect,which is worth promoting in the treatment of xerophthalmia.
