摘  要:为了确保检测结果准确,提高实验室检测能力,采用GB 4789.30-2016、miniVIDAS、实时荧光PCR3种方法同时检测能力验证样品中的单增李斯特菌,并对测试结果进行比对分析。结果显示,所采用的3种方法均能准确鉴定出目标菌,取得满意结果。3种方法各有优劣,同时使用,综合判断,能确保试验结果准确。To ensure the accuracy of detection result and improve the detection capability of laboratory,three methods GB 4789.30-2016,mini VIDAS and Real-time PCR were employed for testing L.monocytogenes in the proficiency testing samples and the results were comparative analyzed.Result showed that the target bacteria could be identified accurately with the three methods and the test have achieved satisfactory result.The combination and synthetic judgment of the three methods can ensure the accuracy of the testing result while each have advantages and disadvantages.
