摘　　要：为保证新形势下航海类应用型人才"3+2"分段贯通培养模式达到最优化,通过与传统人才培养模式对比,结合新形势下对航海技术人才的要求分析,从人才培养方案中最重要的人才培养目标、课程体系建设、质量保障体系建设等3个方面提出建议,以期为航海技术专业"3+2"分段贯通"职业应用型"人才培养质量的提高提供参考。In order to optimize the seamanship application type talents of“3+2”segmented through training modeensure in the new situation,this paper compares the traditional talent training mode,combines with the requirements and analysis of seafaring technical personnel under the new situation,and offer a proposal from three important aspects in the talent training program:talent training objective,curriculum system construction and quality assurance system.This paper aims to provide a reference for the improvement of the quality of“vocational applied”talents in the“3+2”section of navigation technology.
