双相障碍患者腺苷酸环化酶-2基因多态性与认知功能的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨腺苷酸环化酶-2(ADCY-2)基因多态性与双相障碍患者认知功能的相关性。方法:对108例双相障碍患者使用Taq Man基因分型技术检测ADCY-2基因14个位点的基因分型,运用威斯康辛卡片分类测验(WCST)和事件相关电位P300评估双相障碍患者的认知功能,对认知功能与ADCY-2基因进行相关的遗传学分析。结果:ADCY-2基因14个位点均测出由不同等位基因组合而成的3种基因型,其中rs2892609、rs1864071、rs1032717和rs10462841等4个位点多态性与WCST、P300检测结果相关,差异具有统计学意义(F=3. 193～16. 266,P <0. 05或P <0. 001);其他10个位点的不同基因型患者间WCST、P300检测结果之间比较差异无统计学意义(F=0. 003～3. 084,P> 0. 05)。结论:ADCY-2基因部分位点多态性可能与双相障碍患者的认知功能有关。Objective:To investigate the relationship of adenylate cyclase-2gene polymorphisms with cognition function in patients with bipolar disorder.Method:108patients with bipolar disorder were enrolled to identify their genotypes for the polymorphism of adenylate cyclase-2gene.We assessed cognitive function of the108patients with bipolar disorder by event related potential(P300)and Wisconsin card sorting test(WCST).Results:Three different genotypes were detected in14polymorphisms in adenylate cyclase-2gene.Cognitive test scores had significant relevance to different genotypes of rs2892609,rs1864071,rs1032717and rs10462841(F=3.193-16.266,P<0.05or P<0.001).There were no differences of scores among genotypes of the others(F=0.003-3.084,P>0.05).Conclusion:There are associations of cognitive function with polymorphisms of adenylate cyclase-2gene in patients with bipolar disorder.
