摘 要:对全国31间制糖企业所生产的白砂糖采用絮凝十日检测方法的相关方法进行比对实验和结果分析,实验结果显示,在采用可口可乐方法进行实验,并没有发现阳性样本;在采用百事可乐方法进行实验,一共发现阳性样本11个,占实验样本总量的35.5%,其中采用3种百事可乐方法进行实验均为阳性的样本有4个,占阳性样本总量的36.4%。由此可知,企业在进行白砂糖絮凝实验时,可优先采用酸性饮料十日絮凝法对白砂糖进行絮凝检测,该法能够更简便和准确地了解所生产的白砂糖产品的絮凝情况,更好地指导本企业的生产和及时做好产品相关质量控制。This paper compared and analysed the related methods of the Ten-Day Flocculation Test for whitegranulated sugar produced by31sugar factories in China.The result showed that no positive samples werefound when using Coca-Cola method.11positive samples were found when experimented with that ofPepsi-Cola,accounting for35.5%of the total samples.4positive samples were all found among the threePepsi-Cola methods,accounting for36.4%of the total number of positive samples.It could be indicated that itwas a priority for enterprises to test white sugar flocculation using the Ten-Day Flocculation Test in theexperiment of white granulated sugar flocculation.It can reveal more conveniently and accurately theflocculation situation of white granulated sugar produced,monitor the production of the enterprise better andcontrol the quality of the products in time.
