摘 要:介绍了神华集团铁路线路情况,并在分析神华集团铁路现有养护维修天窗设置模式的基础上,根据运量提出神华集团铁路各条线路的维修周期。基于现有神华集团铁路的线路里程、维修周期及天窗设置,计算得出了每年需要进行养护维修的各项作业工作量。对大型养路机械配置与维修工作量之间的关系进行了分析,并对比了大型养路机械在不同天窗时长下的作业效率。最后结合神华集团铁路现有大型养路机械配置,计算得出了完成养护维修任务所需要的设备数量,并提出了神华集团铁路的大型养路机械配置优化建议。This paper introduced the railway line situation of Shenhua group railway,put forward the maintenance cycle for each railway line of Shenhua group railway according to traff ic volume by analyzing the existing maintenance skylight setting mode of Shenhua group railway.Based on the existing route mileage,maintenance cycle and skylight settings of Shenhua group railway,the annual maintenance workload of each operation was calculated.The relationship between allocation of large railroad maintenance machinery and maintenance workload was analyzed,and the operation eff iciency of large railroad maintenance machinery under different skylight durations was compared.By combining with the existing large railroad maintenance machinery allocation of Shenhua group railway,the equipment number required to complete maintenance tasks was calculated,and the optimization suggestions for large railroad maintenance machinery allocation of Shenhua group railway were put forward.
