摘 要:沿海铁路开通运营后,轨道扣件在短期内出现严重锈蚀现象,导致线路维护工作量大,维护成本高,影响铁路正常运营,甚至存在安全隐患。本文以海南环岛高速铁路轨道扣件为研究对象,总结了其快速严重锈蚀的影响因素及成因;对比分析了轨道扣件现行防锈处理技术和锌镍渗层防锈处理技术。现场应用情况表明,锌镍渗层防锈技术可在不影响金属材料原有机械性能条件下满足沿海铁路高温、高湿和高盐碱性环境下对扣件系统的防腐防锈要求。因此,应推广在沿海铁路轨道扣件应用锌镍渗层防锈技术,降低运营维护成本,保证铁路正常运营和安全。During the operation of coastal railway,serious corrosion on rail fastener appears in short term.So the quantity of work and cost of maintenance for the railway are high.It affects the normal operation of the railway and has the hidden danger of security.The fastener of high speed railway in Hainan province was taken as the research object,and the inf luencing factors and causes of rapid and severe corrosion of fasteners were summarized.The current anti-rust technology and the zinc nickel layer anti-rust technology were compared and analyzed.The f ield applications show that the zinc nickel layer anti-rust technology for fastener can meet the anti-rust requirements of the coastal railway in high temperature,high humidity and high salt alkaline environment without affecting the original mechanical properties of metal materials.Therefore,the zinc nickel layer anti-rust technology for fastener should be promoted in the coastal railway to reduce the cost of operation and maintenance,and to ensure the normal operation and safety of the railway.
