数字化和传统方法制作全瓷贴面的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的评价分析数字化方法和传统方法制作全瓷贴面的临床效果。方法选取46例患者,利用数字化方法制作全瓷贴面22个,利用传统方法制作全瓷贴面24个。修复半年后复查,采用改良的美国公共卫生健康(USPHS)标准对2组全瓷贴面的各项临床指标进行分析和对比。结果 2组患者颜色匹配及全瓷表面质地、边缘适合性比较,差异无统计学意义,数字化方法组的患者舒适度要优于传统方法组。结论数字化方法和传统方法制作的全瓷贴面均可以达到比较好的临床疗效,但采用数字化方法制作,患者的就诊次数和时间明显减少,就医体验更好,更适合临床推广。Objective Evaluating and analyzing the clinical effects between digital methods and traditional methods for making all-ceramic veneers.Methods 22 digital porcelain veneers and 24traditional porcelain veneers were made from 46 patients.Six months after restoration,The clinical indicators,The abscission rate and Patient comfort of porcelain veneers made by the two methods were analyzed and compared with the modified USPHS.Results There was no significant difference in color matching and porcelain surface texture and marginal adaptation between the two groups;patients comfort in the digital method group was significantly better than that in the traditional method group.Conclusion The digital method and the traditional method of making porcelain veneers both are effective in clinical application.But with the digital method,the number of visits and visiting time decreased,and the experience was better,Digital technology is more suitable for clinical promotion.
