摘 要:选用静态法测定对硝基甲苯在ScCO_2中的溶解度。使用3个半经验(Chrastil,Bartle和M-T)模型对实验结果进行了理论模拟,计算了实验值与理论值之间的平均相对偏差(AARD)。实验结果显示:在实验压力与温度范围内,对硝基甲苯在ScCO_2中的溶解度在154—1 077 g/m之间,溶解度随着压力的增加而增大。实验数据与3个半经验公式的关联结果均呈现较好的线性关系,线性回归率在0.96—0.98,AARD为8.10%—8.64%。Supercritical fluid,as a green solvent,is playing a more and more important role.The solubility of solute in supercritical carbon dioxide(ScCO2)is an important basic data for ScCO2 technology.The solubility of p-nitrophenol in ScCO2 was measured with static method.The experimental data were correlated by three semiempirical formulas(Chrastil,Bartle,and M-T models).The average absolute relative deviation(AARD)between the experimental and theoretical value was calculated.The experimental results show that,in the experimental temperature and pressure range,the solubility of p-nitrotoluene in ScCO2 was between154-1077g/m^3.The solubility of p-nitrophenol increased with pressure increasing.The correlation results of experimental data with three semiempirical formulas show a good linear.The data correlation with a linear rate from0.96to0.98and AARD from8.10%to8.64%was achieved.
