摘 要:阐述全液压装煤机履带行走机构的典型故障:牵引不足、履带打滑。这些故障产生的原因主要是装煤机履带行走机构液压系统泵—马达的流量和压力不匹配造成的。针对这一因素从行走机构液压系统泵-马达的流量和压力方面对其进行匹配计算,得出现有液压泵的流量和压力都有富裕,液压马达可通过重新选型达到与液压泵的合理匹配。整个匹配计算过程为装煤机履带行走机构液压系统的优化设计提高参考。Typical faults of crawler walking mechanism of full hydraulic loader were described:insufficient traction and track slippage.These faults are mainly caused by the mismatch of the flow and pressure of the pump-motor in the hydraulic system of the crawler mechanism of the coal loader.In view of this factor,the matching calculation of the flow and pressure of the pump-motor in the hydraulic system of the walking mechanism was carried out.It was concluded that the flow and pressure of the existing hydraulic pump are well-off,and the reasonable matching of the hydraulic motor with the hydraulic pump can be achieved through re-selection.The whole matching calculation process provides reference for the optimization design of the hydraulic system of the crawler walking mechanism of the loader.
