摘  要:针对激光切割和等离子切割等特种加工过程中需要实时调整切割头与板材间隙的问题,研制一款位移随动控制系统。采用AD7746电容转换器实现了毫米级间隙测量;以STC15单片机作为控制器对丝杆螺母机构进行PID闭环控制;编写RS-485上位机监控程序。实验结果表明:所研制的随动控制系统间隙跟随精度+0.1mm,最大跟随速度50mm/s,这为今后研制高速跟随控制系统奠定了基础。In order to control the gap between the cutting head and the plate in the special machining process,such as laser cutting and plasma cutting,a dynamic displacement servo system was developed.The real-time measurement method of micro gap based on AD7746 CDC was given.The PID closed loop control of the DC servo motor was realized by using STC15 MCU as the controller.A RS-485 based monitoring software was programmed.The experimental results show that the gap following precision of the developed servo control system is±0.1 mm,and the maximum following speed is 50 mm/s,which lays the foundation for the development of high speed following control system in the future.
