摘  要:为了对全断面岩石掘进机(TBM)进行可靠性、设计合理性评估和动力学分析,往往需要动态载荷作为输入条件,因此如何更加准确地拟合动态载荷对于工程分析具有十分重要的意义。文章采用数值分析拟合法并结合了雨流记数法等方法,首先对实测和仿真结果进行分析,得到动载的分布规律、振幅和频率与载荷的关系,并用Matlab进行拟合得到初步动态载荷并根据实际情况加上滚刀位置、滚刀种类、地质条件对原有载荷进行修正;然后与仿真结果进行对比,进行误差修正,得到中心滚刀的三向载荷、正滚刀中部、外部、内部的三向载荷、边滚刀三向载荷,最后运用蒙特卡洛方法验证了拟合的数据与已有数据基本在置信区间内,验证了方法的可行性。此方法克服了纯粹仿真中的诸多问题,更接近实际情况,具有一定的创新性和工程实用性。In order to carry out the reliability,design rationality assessment and dynamic analysis of TBM,it is necessary to get its dynamic load.At present,the simulation software often lacks consideration of the influence factors of the load,which causes the inaccuracy of the simulation analysis and has a great influence on the actual engineering,so how to fit the dynamic load more accurately.Load is very important for engineering analysis.In this paper,the numerical analysis method is adopted and the method of counting the rain flow is combined.First,the measurement and simulation results are analyzed.The relationship between the distribution law of the dynamic load,the amplitude and the frequency of the load is obtained,and the initial dynamic load is obtained by MATLAB fitting.According to the actual situation,the original load is corrected by adding the hob position,the type of hob and the geological condition,and then the error correction is carried out compared with the simulation results.The three directions load of the center hob,the three direction load of the middle,external and internal of the hob,the three direction load of the edge hob are obtained.Finally,Monte Carlo method is used to verify that the fitted data and the existing data are basically within the confidence interval,which verifies the feasibility of the method.This method overcomes many problems in simulation,and is closer to the actual situation.It is innovative and practical.
