摘 要:一般情况下,市场上轮式拖拉机提升系统分强压型结构和非强压型结构,不同区域工况,用户需选择不同类型提升结构机型,一台拖拉机无法实现强压和非强压两种功能,为了满足不同工况作业,通过改进设计强压机型液压系统结构实现一机两用,根据实际作业需要,可以进行强压和非强压功能互换,从而提高整机作业功效,也降低用户购置成本。under the most circumstances,the lifting system of wheeled tractor in the market is divided into two types:strong pressure structure and main pressure type,and users in different areas need to choose different types of lifting structure type,so one tractor can not achieve the functions of strong pressure and non pressure.In order to meet the needs of different industries,the hydraulic system structure of the high pressure type can be improved to realize a dual purpose.According to the actual operation needs,the work energy can be exchanged between the strong pressure and the non-strong pressure,thus the efficiency of the whole machine can be improved.It also reduces user acquisition costs.
