摘  要:中等职业学校的德育工作不能仅仅局限在德育课上,更要扩展到对学生日常管理的每个环节,甚至延伸到专业技能的实习课教学中。本文提出在实习课程中形成专业教师、班级和学生、职业技能训练三位一体的德育教育模式,并将新模式运用到实际德育教育工作中,新模式不仅能够做好中职学生的德育工作,研究成果还能促进教师个人的相关发展。Moral education in secondary vocational schools should not be simply confined to moral education courses.It should be extended to every aspect of students'daily management and even extended to professional skills in practical teaching.The trinity of professional teachers,classes and students,vocational skills training in the practice course should be formed in the moral education mode and apply the new mode to the practical moral education work.This new mode can not only do well with the moral education work of secondary vocational school students but also the research results can promote teachers'personal related development.
