巨大纵膈恶性肿瘤合并上腔静脉综合症的外科治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨外科治疗在巨大纵膈肿瘤合并上腔静脉综合症中的治疗效果。方法方便选取该院2017年1—12月收治的巨大纵膈恶性肿瘤合并上腔静脉综合症患者12例作为对象进行研究,所有患者均采取了外科手术治疗,观察治疗结果。结果所有患者的手术实施均取得成功;2例术后出现呼吸肌无力,1例术后出现并发右乳糜胸,9例患者没有出现严重的并发症,出现并发症的患者采取相应的治疗方法后,最终痊愈。结论外科手术治疗对于巨大纵膈恶性肿瘤合并上腔静脉综合症患者具有较好的疗效,但是手术中应尽量避免误伤静脉血管或误切肿瘤周围正常组织的情况,提高手术成功率。Objective To study the effect of surgical treatment of giant mediastinal malignant tumor combined with superior vein cave syndrome.Methods12cases of patients with giant mediastinal malignant tumor combined with superior vein cave syndrome admitted and treated in our hospital from January to December2017were convenient selected as the research objects and all patients used the surgical operation,and the treatment effect was observed.Results All patients had successfully finished the operation,2cases had the respiratory myasthenia after surgery,1case had the right chylothorax,9cases had no serious complications,and after the corresponding treatment method,all patients with complications were cured finally.Conclusion The curative effect of surgical treatment of giant mediastinal malignant tumor combined with superior vein cave syndrome is better,but we should avoid accidentally wounding the intravenous vessels and misdiagnosis of normal tissue around tumor and improve the operation success rate.
