摘  要:基于渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮齿面加工方式对表面粗糙度的影响,建立了精确的表面粗糙度模型,进行弹流润滑数值研究分析。研究结果表明,考虑表面粗糙度的油膜压力分布出现了明显的二次压力峰,油膜厚度出现了明显的颈缩,并且颈缩多呈现在出口区,温度曲线呈现出分层次的鼓包。粗糙度的粗糙峰处出现二次压力峰,且二次压力峰的幅值与粗糙度呈明显的正相关;随着粗糙峰的增大,膜厚存在一定程度的波动,油膜膜厚与粗糙峰幅值呈明显的负相关;油膜的区域温度随着接触表面粗糙峰幅值的增大呈明显增大的趋势。研究结果填补了渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮粗糙度系数理论的不足。In order to fill the shortcomings of the roughness coefficient theory of involute spur gears,this paper discusses the effect of the machining method on the surface roughness,and establishes the accurate surface roughness model and simulates the elastic fluid lubrication.The results show that there is a significant secondary pressure peak in the oil film pressure distribution considering the surface roughness,and the film thickness of the oil film is obvious.The necking phenomenon is mostly in the outlet area.Roughness of the rough peak at the secondary pressure peak,and the secondary pressure peak amplitude and roughness show a significant positive correlation between;with the roughness of the roughness of the increase in the thickness of a certain degree and the film thickness of the oil film show a significant negative correlation with the amplitude of the roughness.The regional temperature of the oil film shows a significant increase with the increase of the amplitude of the surface roughness.
