高等职业院校服务乡村振兴的人才培养模式创新研究——以湖北工业职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：本文分析了高等职业院校在实施乡村振兴战略规划中的职能定位,调研分析了十堰市实施乡村振兴战略规划人才需求的主要类型,总结了高等职业院校服务于乡村振兴的"一村多名大学生"人才培养模式特点,提出了服务于乡村振兴的"一村多名大学生"人才培养类型的拓展、面向乡村企业的"定单式"人才培养模式、资格证考试辅导及专业能力提升的短训班模式创新。This paper analyzes the function position of higher vocational colleges in carrying out the strategic planning of rural revitalization and the main types of talents required for the implementation of the strategic planning of rural revitalization in Shiyan City,summarizes the characteristics of the talent training mode of“one village with more than one college student”serving rural revitalization in higher vocational colleges and universities,puts forward the development of“one village with more than one college student”talents training type,the“order”talents training mode for rural enterprises and the qualification examination tutoring and short training class mode innovation.
