关于大学生素质拓展教育若干问题的思考

摘　　要：开展大学生素质拓展教育意义重大,当前大学生素质拓展教育具有教学内容的丰富性、管理体制的行政性、课程设置的传统性特点,存在着思想认识上不够重视、制度设计上不够科学、实施管理上不够协调的问题。提高大学生素质拓展教育的实效性,高校可以从处理大学生素质拓展教育的关系、优化大学生素质拓展教育的实施、构建大学生素质拓展教育体系三方面着手。It is of great significance to carry out the quality development education of college students.The current quality development education of college students has characteristics of richness of teaching content,administrative nature of management system and traditional characteristics of curriculum.There exists some problems such as no enough attention in thinking and understanding,no scientific enough in system design and no coordinated enough Management.To improve the effectiveness of college students’quality development education,colleges and universities can start from three aspects:dealing with the relationship of college students’quality development education,optimizing the implementation of college students’quality development education and constructing college students’quality development education system.
