耳显微手术治疗慢性中耳炎患者的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨耳显微手术治疗慢性中耳炎患者的临床疗效。方法选取2014年5月至2017年1月本院收治的86例慢性中耳炎患者作为研究对象,所有患者入院后均予以慢性中耳炎常规临床基础治疗,且尚未明确在完善相关准备后均行耳显微手术治疗,治疗结束后评定并记录所有患者的临床治疗效果以及其术后并发症的发生情况。结果 (1)各频率下所有患者手术治疗后听力均较治疗前明显提高,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)86例慢性中耳炎患者均经耳显微手术治疗后有80例患者达到干耳,干耳率为93.02%,而在术后随访的1年期间,仅有2例患者复发,复发率为2.33%;且所有患者手术过程以及术后均未出现相应并发症。结论耳显微手术可明显提高慢性中耳炎患者听力状况,并具有较低的复发率和安全性,值得作为临床上治疗慢性中耳炎患者的首选治疗方案。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of microsurgery for chronic otitis media.Methods86patients with chronic otitis media admitted in our hospital from May2014to January2017were selected as the research object.All patients were treated with conventional clinical basis of chronic otitis media after admission,and all the patients were treated with ear microsurgery after complete preparation.After the treatment,the clinical treatment of all patients was recorded and recorded.The effect and the occurrence of postoperative complications.Results①The hearing of all the patients at each frequency was significantly higher than that before the treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).②86cases of chronic otitis media had80cases of dry ear after ear microsurgery,and the dry ear rate was93.02%,while in the1years of postoperative follow-up,Only2patients relapsed,the recurrence rate was2.33%.All patients had no complications after operation and postoperative.Conclusion The ear microsurgery can obviously improve the hearing status of the patients with chronic otitis media,and has a lower recurrence rate and safety.It is worthy of the first choice for the treatment of chronic otitis media.
