摘  要:目的分析肝硬化患者能谱CT门静脉成像的优化效果。方法回顾性分析2016年10月至2017年10月本院收治的38例肝硬化患者的CNR单能图像和QC图像,并行门静脉容积再现(VR)和最大密度投影(MIP)重组,对两组重建图像进行图像质量评分。结果相对于QC图像来说,最佳CNR单能图像上门静脉主干和肝实质的CNR明显增高(t=-11.52,P<0.01),相较于QC重建图像来说,对最佳CNR单能重建图像评价的一致性更为理想(t=-7.15,P<0.01)。结论能谱CT能够显著提升肝硬化门静脉和肝实质的CNR,提升门静脉与其分支图像的水平及质量。Objective To analyze the optimal effect of energy dispersive CT portal vein imaging in patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods The CNR and QC images of38patients with liver cirrhosis admitted from October2016to October2017were analyzed retrospectively.The portal vein volume reconstructed(VR)and the maximum density projection(MIP)recombination were performed.Two groups of reconstructed images were evaluated for image quality.Results Compared with QC images,the CNR of portal vein trunk and hepatic parenchyma in the optimal CNR monotropic image was significantly higher than that in the QC reconstruction image(t=11.52,P<0.01).The consistency of CNR monotropic reconstruction image evaluation was more satisfactory(t=-7.15,P<0.01).Conclusion Energy dispersive CT can significantly enhance the level and quality of portal vein and its branches in portal vein and hepatic parenchyma.
