摘　　要：药师的工作正由过去的药品供应为主转向为病人提供药学服务为主。药师运用药学知识向公众提供药物治疗相关的各种服务,充分体现了药师的专业服务价值。药事服务费是对药师服务价值的一种最为直接的体现和认可。本文从药事服务成本分析、中国内地药事服务费初步实践、药事服务费设立影响因素等方面,对公立医院设立药事服务费进行探索。The work of pharmacists is shifting from the previous drug supply to the provision of pharmaceutical care for patients.Pharmacists could provide various drug treatment services to the public with their pharmacy knowledge,which reflects the professional value of pharmacists.The pharmaceutical service fee is a direct manifestation and recognition of the value of pharmacists.This article explores the setting of pharmaceutical service fee in public hospitals from the perspective of the analysis of pharmacecutical service cost,the preliminary practice of pharmaceutical service fee in China's Mainland,and the influential factors of setting pharmaceutical service fee.
