积极心理学视域下未就业大学生思想政治教育研究

摘　　要：在我国毕业生数量逐年上升的情形下,就业竞争日趋激烈,未就业大学生群体也在扩大。加强未就业大学生的思想政治教育,引导学生形成正确的就业观、人生观、价值观是值得思考的重要内容。作为西方心理学研究新领域的积极心理学理论同样可以借鉴到未就业大学生思想政治教育实践中来,科学合理地借鉴积极心理学理论可以为未就业大学生的思想政治教育带来十分重要的研究意义。Under the circumstance that the number of graduates in China has increased year by year,employment competition has become increasingly fierce,and the number of unemployed college students has also expanded.Strengthening the ideological and political education of unemployed college students and guiding students to form a correct outlook on employment,outlook on life,and values are important contents to be considered.As a positive psychology theory in the new field of western psychology research,we can also learn from the ideological and political education practice of unemployed college students.Scientific and rational reference to positive psychology theory can bring important research to the ideological and political education of unemployed college students.
