摘　　要：本科生导师制是近年来在国内高校公共管理类专业中日渐兴起的人才培养模式,在提高新生入学适应度、合理规划大学学习生涯、提高本科生科研创新能力等方面发挥了积极的作用,但在实践中面临着一系列困境。因此,以社会保障专业为例,探讨公共管理类的本科生导师制应有的内在制度构建要求。In recent years,tutorial system as a rising talent training mode in public management education of domestic colleges and universities has extremely beneficial influence,including improving the adaptability of the freshman,planning university and college life rationally and enhancing the creativity and research capacity of undergraduates.However,there is a series of dilemma in the practice of it.Therefore,this article is to,taking social security as an example,study the demands of the internal system construction of tutorial system of the undergraduates majoring in public administration.
