高职学生创业能力与创新创业教育现状、问题及策略——基于江苏省的调研

摘　　要：在"大众创业、万众创新"政策引领下,如何促进具有较高实践技能和知识水平的高职院校学生投身于创新创业中,成为高职院校创新创业教育的热点。从江苏省高职院校大学生创业及创业能力现状、创新创业教育现状展开调研分析,针对大学生创新创业教育存在的主要问题,提出构建创新创业教育体系、多元化主体培育大学生创业项目、搭建校园创客空间、完善创业服务体系等促进高职院校大学生创新创业能力提升策略。Under the guidance of the policy of“mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation”,how to promote vocational college students with high practical skills and knowledge level to participate in innovation and entrepreneurship has become a hot spot of innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges.Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of college students’entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship ability and the status quo of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu province,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:constructing innovation and entrepreneurship education system,cultivating students’entrepreneurship projects with diversified subjects,building campus space for entrepreneurship,and perfecting entrepreneurship clothes Improving the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of higher vocational college students.
