摘　　要：随着社会对会计学专业的需求提高,本科高校在会计学专业人才培养中如何让学生在课内会计学专业理论、方法与实践相融合是值得学术界探究的课题。在《中级财务会计》课程实践能力培养过程中创新提出的"产教融合",开发和更新实践教学与课程体系,它是将校内实践环境和企业财务工作环境进行深度、全方位的融合,构建质量保障体系,提高学生会计岗位胜任能力。With the increasing demand of the society for accounting major,how to integrate the theory,method and practice of accounting major in the course of undergraduate education is worth academic research.In the process of cultivating the practical ability of intermediate financial accounting courses,this paper innovates the integration of production and teaching,develops and updates the practical teaching and curriculum system,which integrates the internal practice environment and the enterprise financial work environment in an in-depth and all-round way,builds a quality assurance system,and improves the accounting post competence of students.
