摘  要:在高校课堂上,有相当多的学生对思想政治课不感兴趣,出勤率低,逃课,考前突击背书。有些专业课教师对思想政治教学也存在或多或少的轻视心里,认为任何人都可以承担。经验表明,思想政治教育课难度丝毫不亚于其他专业课程。不但要建立健全工作保障机制、激励机制,搭建思想教育合作平台,还要提高专业教师的思政水平,对学生注重思想引导,把思政课融合专业知识,融入行业企业文化,融入行业道德规范,并借黄河科技学院校成为河南省"三全育人"综合改革试点高校为契机,进一步探索专业教师与思政老师协同育人新方法,构建协同育人新机制。At present,the present situation of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities in China is not optimistic.Most ideological and political education courses are worrisome and heart-wrenching“bad classes”.In the classroom,there are quite a lot of students are not interested in ideological and political classes,low attendance,skipping classes,surprise endorsement before the examination.Some professional teachers have more or less contempt for ideological and political teaching,and think that anyone can bear it.Experience shows that ideological and political education is no less difficult than other professional courses.It is necessary not only to establish and improve the work security mechanism,the incentive mechanism,the ideological education cooperation platform,but also to improve the ideological and political level of professional teachers.Students pay attention to ideological guidance,integrate ideological and political courses into professional knowledge,into industry culture,into industry ethics,and take the opportunity of our school to become a pilot university of“three full education”comprehensive reform in Henan Province.Further explore the new method of collaborative education between professional teachers and ideological and political teachers,and construct a new mechanism of collaborative education.
