摘　　要：(目的)比较芊玖舒胶囊组方中的单方药材由水和70%乙醇提取的粗提物体外抗癌活性,以确定其抗癌的有效单方粗提物。(方法)采用MTT显色法观察芊玖舒胶囊单方药材水和70%乙醇提取的粗提物对PC3、HEL、K562、wm9的生长抑制作用并用显微镜观察其形态改变。(结果)芊玖舒胶囊复方中的甘草、葛根及乌梅的粗提物对人红白血病细胞HEL的增殖具有抑制作用并能影响其形态,且有剂量依赖的关系。(Objective)In order to determine its effective single-side crude extract against cancer,the in vitro anticancer activity of the single-side medicinal material extracted from water and 70%ethanol in the Qianjiushu capsule group was compared.(Methods)MTT chromogenic method was used to study the growth inhibition of PC3,HEL,K562 and wm9 by Shushu capsule single-agent water and 70%ethanol extract,and the morphology was observed by microscope.(Results)The crude extracts of licorice,puerarin and ebony in the compound of Qianjiushu capsule have inhibitory effect on the proliferation of human erythroleukemia cell HEL and can affect its morphology in a dose-dependent manner.
