摘  要:探讨超声波对葡萄皮色素提取最佳工艺条件。研究了超声时间、料液比、提取剂、与提取温度四个因素。得出在超声作用下最佳的提取条件,并确定影响葡萄皮色素提取的4因素之间的主次顺序为提取溶剂、提取温度、料液比、超声作用时间。最终,在该条件下进行提取率实验,得出提取率为82.06%。The optimum technological conditions of extracting pigment from grape peel by ultrasonic extraction were studied the effect of ultrasound on the time,the ratio of material to liquid,the extraction agent,and the extraction temperature of the four factors of selective experiment,and determining effects of grape peel pigment extracted four factors between primary and secondary orderextraction solvent,extraction temperature,ratio of material to liquid,ultrasonic treatment time.Finally,under this condition,the extraction rate was 82.06%.
