摘 要:采用时域有限差分方法模拟计算了金纳米棒形状、颗粒间距、聚集数目、随机度等参数对其光学特性的影响。研究结果表明纳米颗粒的聚集体对光谱展宽具有很好的作用,颗粒之间的距离为零时能够获得最好的光谱展宽效果。进一步化学合成了金纳米棒组成的薄膜,获得了反射率小于6%的宽带完美吸收体。The effects of the parameters such as shape,particle spacing,number of aggregation and randomness of the gold nanorods on their optical properties were simulated by finite-difference time domain method.The results show that the aggregate of nanoparticles has a good effect on spectral broadening,and the best spectral broadening effect can be obtained when the distance between particles is zero.The thin film made of gold nanorods was further synthesized and a broadband perfect absorber with reflectivity less than 6%was obtained.
