摘 要:为验证利用酒糟厌氧发酵产沼气项目的可行性,并在小试的过程中收集相关数据,为今后的中试提供数据参考,在中温(30~40℃),pH为7.0~7.5条件下,采用一种自制的厌氧发酵装置对米酒酒糟厌氧发酵产沼气进行了小试。结果表明,米酒酒糟极易酸化形成大量挥发性脂肪酸(VFA),是产生沼气的原料。在进料COD为26000~68000 mg/L情况下,所产沼气中甲烷百分含量在34%~62%之间,沼气中甲烷含量随进料COD和COD去除率的升高而升高。酒糟发酵过程中需严格控制温度和pH。所产沼气中酸性阻燃气体含量很低,可用作工业燃料,利用高COD酒糟进行厌氧发酵产沼气可行。In order to verify the feasibility of anaerobic fermentation of rice wine lees for biogas production and provide data reference for middle scale experiment,the anaerobic fermentation small scale experiment was done in a self-made anaerobic fermentation reactor under the condition of medium temperature(30~40℃)and pH 7.0~7.5.Results showed that rice wine lees was a good raw material for biogas production,it can easily acidify and form a large number of volatile fatty acids(VFA).In the case of input COD of 26000~68000 mg/L,the methane content in biogas was between 34 and 62%,and the methane content in biogas increased with the input COD and the removal efficiency of COD.During the fermentation process,the temperature and pH should be controlled strictly.The content of acid flame retardant gas in biogas was very low,so it could be used as industrial fuel.Anaerobic fermentation with high COD rice wine lees is feasible.
