摘 要:为提高车身轻量化设计水平,该文提出了一种车身轻量化优化设计方法。该法采用模块化车身建模,通过SFE Concept隐式参数化建模软件建立车身各组成模块,并运用Map实现车身各模块连接,得到全参数化车身;通过SFE Concept与Isight建立车身模态、弯扭刚度和质量自动化计算流程来获得样本数据;通过近似模型法来对车身质量进行优化。经优化后车身质量降低14.55 kg,质量减轻效果明显。此方法提高了寻找车身轻量化和性能最佳设计平衡点的速度,缩短了产品开发周期,降低了产品的开发成本。In order to improve the level of lightweight design of car body,a lightweight optimization design method for car body is proposed.Modular body modeling method is adopted,each component module of the body is established by SFE Concept implicit parametric modeling software,and each module of the body is connected by Map to obtain a fully parametric body.Sample data are obtained by SFE Concept and Isight to establish an automatic calculation flow of body mode,bending and torsion stiffness and mass.The body mass is optimized by the approximate model method.After optimization,the body weight is reduced by14.55kg and the effect of body weight reduction is obvious.This method improves the speed of finding the optimal balance point between lightweight and performance,shortens the period of product development,and reduces the cost of product development.
