糖尿病患者对卒中警示症状的认知及急救意识调查分析

摘　　要：目的:调查糖尿病住院患者对卒中警示症状的认知水平及急救意识,并分析其影响因素。方法:采用自制调查问卷,以面对面的方式,对2016年12月至2017年9月在内分泌科住院的500名糖尿病患者进行调查。调查内容主要包括调查对象一般特征,卒中常见警示症状知晓情况、以及面对突发卒中症状时应急处理措施。结果:有效问卷435份,调查对象对常见卒中警示症状中知晓率为13. 10%～76. 78%,以对一侧肢体麻木或无力的知晓率最高(76. 78%),而对抽搐的知晓率最低(13. 10%),仅2. 76%的调查对象能识别所有警示症状;面对突发卒中症状时,约76. 55%调查对象首先选择拨打120启动急救系统;回归分析提示糖尿病病程,文化程度,家庭人均月收入以及脑卒中病史或脑卒中家族史等因素是影响调查对象卒中警示症状认知水平的主要因素。结论:糖尿病住院患者对卒中警示症状的知晓率低,急救意识较薄弱。糖尿病患者卒中健康教育工作亟待加强。Objective:To assess the awareness of stroke warning signs and emergency response among hospitalized diabetic patients,and analyze the influence factors.Methods:A questionnaire was administrated to 500 hospitalized diabetic patients.Stroke-related knowledge about warning signs and response to sudden stroke symptom was collected and analyzed.Results:A total of 435participants completed the survey.The awareness rate of warning signs ranged from13.10%to 76.78%;Only 2.76% of the respondents can correctly identify all the eight warning signs.76.55% of respondents reported that they would call120once stroke symptom was onset.Regression analysis indicated that the duration of diabetes,degree of education,household monthly income per person and history of cerebrovascular diseases were the major factors related to the awareness level of stroke warning signs.Conclusion:The awareness of stroke warning signs and emergency response to stroke among hospitalized diabetic patients was poor.Stroke health education should be considered as regular item among diabetic patients.
