诺氟沙星与加味藿香正气丸联合治疗急性肠胃炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨诺氟沙星与加味藿香正气丸联合治疗急性肠胃炎的疗效分析。方法选择2017年5月～2018年5月在我院消化内科治疗的120例急性肠胃炎患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规治疗方法 ,口服诺氟沙星,补液、抗感染、解痉、纠正电解质紊乱,观察组在此基础上使用加味藿香正气丸治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、症状改善时间、不良反应、生活质量。结果观察组治疗有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的78.33%(P<0.05);观察组腹泻、腹痛、恶心呕吐、发热等症状消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后复查血尿常规、肝肾功能等均无明显异常,少数有皮疹、头晕、腹痛等不良反应发生;观察组治疗后SF-36量表评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论诺氟沙星与加味藿香正气丸联合治疗急性肠胃炎的疗效显著,能快速抑制炎症,促进胃肠道症状的快速缓解,加快恢复速度,且安全性高,有效提升了患者的生活质量,具有积极的临床意义。Objective To investigate the efficacy of norfloxacin combined with Jiawei Huoxiang Zhengqi pill in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis.Methods120patients with acute gastroenteritis treated in the department of gastroenterology in our hospital from May2017to May2018were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received conventional treatment,including oral norfloxacin,rehydration,anti-infection,antispasmodic,correct electrolyte imbalance.The observation group was treated with Jiawei Huoxiangzhengqi pill based on the above treatment.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement time,adverse reactions,quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The treatment effective rate of observation group was96.67%,which was significantly higher than78.33%of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of symptoms such as diarrhea,abdominal pain,nausea and vomiting and fever was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no obvious abnormalities in blood routine,urine routine,liver and kidney function after treatment in the two groups.A few cases had rash,dizziness,abdominal pain and other adverse reactions.SF-36scale score after treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Norfloxacin combined with Jiawei Huoxiang Zhengqi pill is effective in treating acute gastroenteritis.It can quickly inhibit inflammation,promote rapid relief of gastrointestinal symptoms,speed up recovery,and has high safety,which effectively improves the lives of patients and has positive clinical significance.
