摘  要:食品科学与工程专业以食品科学和工程科学为基础,面向食品产业实践,是连接食品科学与工业工程的重要桥梁。作为典型的工科专业,实验课程在整个课程体系及学生培养过程中占有举足轻重的地位。在实验课过程中,存在学生学习主动性差、教学内容陈旧、教学过程固定化、考核力度不足和评价方法单一等问题。针对以上问题采取的对策是:一要转变观念,重视实践教学;二要丰富教学内容,改变教学模式;三要提高教学效率,完善考核机制。Food science and engineering specialty is based on food science and engineering science,facing the practice of food industry,which is an important bridge linking food science and industrial engineering.As a typical engineering specialty,experimental courses play an important role in the whole course system and the training process for students.In the course of the experiment,there are some problems,such as poor performance in learning activeness,content is outmoded,immobilization of teaching process,lack of assessment and single evaluation method.The countermeasures against the above problems are as follows.First of all,we must change our concepts and attach importance to practical teaching.Secondly,the teaching contents showld be enriched and the teaching mode showld be changed.Finally,we should improve teaching efficiency and improve the assessment mechanism.
