摘　　要：目的:探讨谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶-π(glutathione S-transferase-π, GST-π)蛋白在贲门癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色法检测196例胃贲门癌组织及癌旁组织中GST-π表达情况,结合胃癌患者临床资料分析GST-π表达与胃贲门癌临床病理参数之间的关系。结果:GST-π在胃贲门癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为38.27%(75/196), GST-π蛋白在贲门癌组织中的表达在年龄、性别、淋巴结有无转移、不同肿瘤大小及浸润深度组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05); GST-π蛋白在贲门癌中的表达在不同肿瘤分化组间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:GST-π蛋白在贲门癌中的表达在分化较高的肠型胃癌中表达增加,可能参与该类型胃癌的化疗耐药性,GST-π蛋白在贲门癌中的高表达对临床肿瘤化学药物治疗有一定的参考意义。Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of glutathione S-transferase-πproteins(GST-π)in cardiac carcinoma.Methods:Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of GST-πin196cases of gastric cardia carcinoma and adjacent tissues.And combined with the clinical data of patients with gastric cancer,the relationship between GST-πexpression and the clinicopathological parameters of gastric cardia cancer was analyzed.Results:The positive expression rate of gst-aggression in gastric cardia cancer tissues was38.27%(75/196).The expression of GST-πin cardiac carcinoma was independent of the patient's age,gender,lymph node metastasis,tumor size and infiltration depth(P>0.05).The expression of GST-πprotein in cardiac carcinoma was statistically significant between different tumor differentiation groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of GST-πprotein in cardiac cancer is increased in the highly differentiated intestinal gastric cancer,which may be involved in the chemotherapy resistance of this type of gastric cancer.The high expression of gst-helper protein in cardiac cancer is of certain reference significance for clinical tumor chemical drug treatment.
