磁性附着体在牙列缺损治疗中的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究磁性附着体应用于牙列缺损的修复效果。方法随机选取2014年05月～2015年05月在我院口腔修复科就诊的口腔修复的患者11例作为研究对象,制作14件附件行磁性附着体修复。行3年随访,对临床资料进行收集整理,评价患者的满意度及义齿的应用效果。结果含有磁性附着体制作的可摘局部义齿患者的满意度好,14件磁性附着体有1例附着体脱落,1例龈炎,无根面龋、义齿折断等不良反应。结论磁性附着体应用于牙列缺损修复3年效果满意,具有良好的固位与稳定性,但要依据患牙的实际情况做出选择达到较好的临床获益。Objective To study the effect of magnetic attachment on dentition defect.Methods From May 2014 to May 2015,11 patients with dental prosthesis were randomly selected and 14 attachments were made for magnetic attachment repair.After 3 years follow-up,the clinical data were collected and sorted to evaluate the satisfaction of patients and the effect of denture application.Results the satisfaction of patients with removable partial dentures made with magnetic attachment system was good.There were 1 case of abscission of attachment,1 case of gingivitis,no root caries,broken denture and other adverse reactions.Conclusion Magnetic attachment.The application of this method to the restoration of dentition defects for 3 years is satisfactory,with good retention and stability,but the choice should be made according to the actual situation of the affected teeth to achieve a better clinical benefit.
