3MZ350纳米复合树脂、3M自酸蚀粘结剂联合排龈术修复牙颈部楔状缺损的疗效

摘　　要：目的评价3M Z350纳米复合树脂、3M自酸蚀粘结剂联合排龈术修复牙颈部楔状缺损的疗效。方法 60例150颗牙采用3M Z350纳米复合树脂、3M自酸蚀粘结剂联合排龈术修复牙颈部楔状缺损。治疗后6个月、2年复查,以改良的美国公共健康部(USPHS)制定的评定系统标准记录修复效果。结果治疗后6个月修复体固位率为100%,无脱落及继发龋,治疗后2年修复体固位率为98%,有2颗边缘着色,1颗修复体部分脱落。结论 3M Z350纳米复合树脂、3M自酸蚀粘结剂联合排龈术修复牙颈部楔状缺损的疗效肯定,是修复牙颈部楔状缺损较理想的一种方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of 3M Z350 nano-composite resin,3M self-etching adhesive joint retraction of wedge-shaped defect.Methods 60 cases of 150 teeth with 3M Z350 composite resin,3M self-etching adhesive joint retraction of wedge-shaped defect.Review 6 months after treatment,2 years,the United States of America to improve the Department of public health(USPHS)to develop the assessment system of standard recording restoration effect.Results After the treatment,6 months prosthesis retention rate was 100%,no shedding and secondary caries,2 year after treatment prosthesis retention rate was 98%,with 2 edge coloring,1 restorations part off.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of 3M Z350 nano-composite resin,3M self-etching adhesive joint retraction of wedge-shaped defect,is an ideal method of wedge-shaped defect.
