摘　　要：骨转移是晚期恶性肿瘤常见并发症,其发病率约占原发恶性骨肿瘤35%～40%。脊柱转移瘤发生率可高达30%～50%。肿瘤细胞在椎体内生长,侵蚀、压迫周围组织,导致患者疼痛、病理性骨折、神经损伤,甚至瘫痪,严重影响患者生活质量。外科手术一直是脊柱转移瘤的主要治疗方法。近年来,微创技术发展降低了脊柱转移瘤的并发症。同时,立体定向放射治疗和脊髓激光间质热疗同步发展也为脊柱转移瘤患者提供了一种全新的治疗选择。Bone metastasis is a common complication of advanced malignant tumors.According to statistics,the incidence is about35%-40%that of primary malignant bone tumors.The highest incidence rate of spinal metastases is about30%-50%.Tumor cells grow in the vertebral body,eroding and oppressing normal tissues around the body,often causing pain,pathological fracture,nerve injury,or even paralysis,which seriously affect the quality of life of the patients.Surgery has always been one of the main methods for spinal metastases.In recent years,the development of minimally invasive techniques has significantly reduced the complications of spinal metastases.At the same time,the simultaneous development of stereotactic radiotherapy and spinal laser interstitial thermotherapy provides a new therapeutic option.This article reviews the basic situation,diagnosis,surgical classification,and treatment of spinal metastases.
