摘　　要：高校治理能力现代化也是大学职能拓展与使命的最优途径,是现代大学制度建设和高等教育现代化的着力点。高校治理能力与高等教育现代化之间是相辅相成,具有因果推动的关系。应从构筑多元协同的高校治理结构体系、提升高校治理主体的能动性创造力、建立健全高校治理主体的法律制度、完善高校治理制度的科学性合理性等四个方面来增强高校的治理能力,努力提升高等教育现代化水平。Modernization of colleges and universities governance ability is the best way to expand the functions and mission of universities,and is also the focus of modern university system construction and the modernization of education.Colleges and universities governance ability and the modernization of higher education complement each other and have a causal relationship.It is necessary to strengthen the governance ability of colleges and universities from four aspects:building a multi-coordinated governance structure system,enhancing the initiative and creativity of governance subjects,establishing and perfecting the legal system of governance subjects,and improving the scientific nature and rationality of governance system,so as to strive to improve the modernization level of higher education.
