采用CT诊断判定中心静脉导管引流与传统胸腔闭式引流治疗迟发性血胸的随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的观察中心静脉导管引流对迟发性血胸的临床疗效。方法将本院2016年1月至2018年12月的83例迟发性血胸病人随机分为两组;细管组利用中心静脉导管做胸腔穿刺置管引流;传统粗管组使用传统粗胸腔闭式引流管行胸腔闭式引流。结果对比传统粗管组,细管组的临床指标优异(P<0.05)。结论使用中心静脉导管做胸腔穿刺置管引流治疗迟发性血胸的效果显著,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of central venous catheter drainage on delayed hemothorax.Methods Eightthree patients with delayed hemothorax in our hospital from January2016to December2018were randomly divided into two groups.Central venous catheter was used for thoracic puncture and drainage in tubule group.In the traditional thick tube group,the traditional thick thoracic closed drainage tube was used for thoracic closed drainage.Results Compared with the traditional thick tube group,the clinical indexes of the thin tube group were excellent(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of central venous catheter for thoracic puncture and drainage in the treatment of delayed hemothorax is significant and worth popularizing.
