早期乳腺癌CT诊断以及保乳术后瘤床同步加量短疗程放疗临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察对早期乳腺癌患者实施保乳术后采用瘤床同步加量短疗程技术放疗的应用效果。方法将120例患者以放疗方式的不同分为常规组和短程组,观察应用效果。结果常规组复发率6.4%,短程组3.5%(P>0.05);常规组2、3级放射性皮炎发生率分别为26.9%、14.3%,短程组8.8%和0(P<0.05)。结论早期乳腺癌保乳术后采取瘤床同步加量短疗程放疗在保证临床疗效的同时并未增加对皮肤的放射性损害。Objective To observe the application effect of short-course technique radiotherapy with tumor bed after breast-conserving surgery for patients with early breast cancer.Methods A total of120patients were divided into the conventional group and the shortcourse group according to the different methods of radiotherapy,and the application effect was observed.Results The recurrence rate was6.4%in the conventional group and3.5%in the short-range group(P>0.05).The incidence of grade2and grade3radioactive dermatitis were26.9%and14.3%in the conventional group,8.8%and0in the short-range group,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion After breast conserving surgery for early stage breast cancer,tumor bed combined with short course of radiation therapy was used to ensure the clinical efficacy without increasing the radiation damage to the skin.
