乳腺癌彩色多普勒超声特征及病理分型的分析

摘　　要：目的研究乳腺癌彩色多普勒超声特征及病理分型情况。方法取我院乳腺癌患者55例,所有患者术前均采用彩色多普勒超声检查,对最终图像结果实施详细记录,以术后病理检查作为金标准,术后与患者病理分型展开对照,明确超声特征与病理分型间关系及超声术后病理检查符合率。结果经研究发现,彩色多普勒超声检查乳腺癌与患者病理分型有直接联系,超声检查符合率(94.54%)较病理检查(78.18%)高。结论乳腺癌患者采用彩色多普勒超声检查能充分显示其不同类型病理情况,显著提高患者病理检查符合率,便于为其后期病情治疗提供重要性参考依据,值得推广。Objective To study the characteristics and pathological classification of breast cancer by color doppler ultrasonography.Methods Fifty-five patients with breast cancer in our hospital were selected.All the patients were examined by color doppler ultrasound before surgery,and the final image results were recorded in detail.Postoperative pathological examination was taken as the gold standard,postoperative and pathological classification of patients were compared to determine the relationship between ultrasonic characteristics and pathological classification and the coincidence rate of ultrasonic postoperative pathological examination.Results Color doppler ultrasound examination of breast cancer was found to be directly related to the pathological classification of patients,and the coincidence rate of ultrasound examination(94.54%)was higher than that of pathological examination(78.18%).Conclusion Color doppler ultrasonography in breast cancer patients can fully show their different types of pathological conditions,significantly improve the pathological examination coincidence rate of patients,facilitate the treatment of their later disease provides important reference basis,which is worthy of promotion.
