摘 要:目的研究知信行教育模式对提高耳鼻咽喉实习护生洗手依从性的效果。方法针对影响本科室护生手卫生的因素制定相应的教育内容。通过手卫生讲座、板报宣传、粘贴手卫生小贴士、手卫生知识考核及知识竞赛等方式,对2016年5月至2017年3月在我科实习的80名专科护生进行手卫生知信行教育。结果影响护生手卫生因素分布率最高的是未对洗手进行有效监控(83.75%),其次为对洗手环节不重视(76.25%)、洗手指征不了解(53.75%)、洗手方法不知晓(48.75%)、担心快速手消毒剂刺激皮肤(38.75%)、工作繁忙为了节约时间(36.25%)。通过手卫生的知信行教育后,实习护生手卫生依从性、手卫生方法及手卫生知识有很大的提高(P<0.05)。结论知信行教育模式能够促进实习护生对手卫生的重视,形成自我管理的行为习惯,有助于培养具有严谨态度的合格护生,值得推广和借鉴。Objective To investigate the effect of knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP)education mode on improving hand-washing compliance of otolaryngological nursing students.Methods The education contents were determined according to the factors influencing the hygiene of the nursing students.Through lectures on hand hygiene,poster publicity,hand hygiene tips,assessment of hand hygiene knowledge and knowledge competition,80nursing students from May2016to March2017who had internship in our department were given hand hygiene KAP education.Results The highest distribution rate of hand hygiene factors affecting the nursing students was the failure to effectively monitor hand washing(83.75%),followed by the neglect of hand washing(76.25%),the lack of understanding of finger washing signs(53.75%),the lack of knowledge of hand washing methods(48.75%),the fear of rapid hand disinfectant stimulation to the skin(38.75%),and the busyness of work in order to save time(36.25%).After KAP education,the hand hygiene compliance,hand hygiene methods and hand hygiene knowledge of trainee nurses were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion KAP education model can promote the nursing students’attention to hand hygiene,form the behavior habit of self-management,and help cultivate qualified nursing students with rigorous attitude,which is worthy of promotion and reference.
