便携式呼吸机在急诊危重病人院内转运中的护理

摘　　要：目的研究和分析便携式呼吸机在急诊危重病人院内转运中的护理效果。方法本研究选取2017年4月至2018年3月期间使用便携式呼吸机对40例危重患者进行院内转运中的护理,将患者分成观察组和对照组,每组各20人,分别使用常规护理以及便携呼吸机护理(综合护理),对转运过程中相关并发症的出现机率以及抢救的成功率进行统计分析。结果在危重患者院内转运的过程中,其各项生理指标基本控制在合理的范围之内,抢救的成功率要高于死亡率。结论在急诊危重患者的院内转运的过程中合理使用便携式呼吸机护理,能够有效的对患者的呼吸情况进行维持,提升危重患者的抢救成功率,值得推广使用。Objective To study and analyze the nursing effect of portable ventilator in intrahospital transport of critically ill patients in emergency department.Methods This study selected40patients with critically ill patients for in-hospital transport during the period from April2017to March1818,using a portable ventilator to analyze the incidence of complications and the success rate of rescue.Results During the transshipment of critically ill patients,the physiological indicators were basically controlled within a reasonable range,and the success rate of rescue was higher than the mortality rate.Conclusion The rational use of portable ventilator care during the hospital’s in-hospital transport of critically ill patients can effectively maintain the patient’s respiratory condition and improve the rescue success rate of critically ill patients.It is worth of promoting.
