摘　　要：目的探讨子痫前期患者孕晚期血脂代谢水平的变化及其临床意义。方法采用病例对照研究方法,选择北京市海淀区妇幼保健院2018年1月至2018年5月分娩的60例子痫前期患者为研究组,同期30例正常妊娠孕妇为对照组,比较两组孕妇血清胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白的水平。结果子痫前期患者与正常孕妇血清胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白相比,各组P值均小于0.05,差异有显著性。结论子痫前期的发生与血脂代谢异常有较大相关性,孕期严密监测血脂水平,可为该病的早期诊断提供重要依据,便于采取适当措施进行早期干预,对预防子痫前期发病或减轻并发症具有重要的临床意义。Objective To investigate the changes of blood lipid metabolism and its clinical significance in patients with preeclampsia in the late pregnancy.Methods Sixty cases of preeclampsia patients who gave birth from January2018to May2018in haidian district maternal and child health hospital in Beijing were selected as the study group.Thirty normal pregnant women in the same period were selected as the control group.The serum cholesterol,triglyceride,LDL and HDL levels of the two groups of pregnant women were compared.Results Compared with normal pregnant women,serum cholesterol,triglyceride,LDL and HDL of preeclampsia patients in all groups were less than0.05,with significant difference.Conclusion The occurrence of preeclampsia is highly correlated with abnormal blood lipid metabolism.Strict monitoring of blood lipid level during pregnancy can provide important basis for the early diagnosis of the disease,facilitate the early intervention with appropriate measures,and have important clinical significance for the prevention of preeclampsia or the reduction of complications.
