摘 要:在网络及新媒体技术的不断发展的今天,基于微课的翻转课堂为临床教学提供了一种全新的模式。我们将其应用于消化内科临床实习教学实践中,在实习前期进行微课学习,随后进行床边翻转课堂教学,最后进行出科考核及教学效果评价。结果发现,与传统教学方式相比,翻转课堂学习不仅显著提高实习生出科考试成绩,还能够促进学生学习主动性,在培养学生的临床思维及提高临床技能水平方面也具有一定优势,是一种有效的教学方法。Nowadays,with the continuous development of network and new media technology,the flipped classroom based on micro-class provides a new model for clinical teaching.We apply it to clinical practice teaching of digestive medicine.In the early stage of practice,we learn micro-lessons,then carry out bedside flip classroom teaching.Finally,we evaluate the outcomes of clinical practice and teaching effect.The results show that,compared with traditional teaching methods,flipped classroom learning not only significantly improves the examination results of clinical interns,but also promotes students'learning initiative.It also has certain advantages in training students'clinical thinking ability and improving their clinical skills.It is an effective teaching method.
